Mental Health Impact of COVID-19

We have been pushed to embrace a new norm such as working from home with the recent COVID-19. In most cases, due to our other roles such as parent/s and caregiver/s; we are stretched in different directions. Therefore distinction between work and personal time was blurred as we continue our battle against COVID-19. In this process, some of us experience stress that affects our mental well-being. Let’s talk about mental well-being as we grow from this challenge. 

Allergies

Some people have mild to life-threatening reactions when they consume certain types of food. This workshop is designed to provide participants with some basic information on common food allergens and identify the sources of allergens in food products. Some ways to avoid food allergens when preparing food will be discussed.
