With the recent disruptions to face-to-face classes, the significance of blended learning as an instructional approach has gained increased emphasis across all ages of students, including even adults. It is an approach that combines online interactions with traditional place-based classroom methods. A/P Shanti Divaharan is an Associate Professor of Learning Sciences and Assessment at the National Institute of Education (NIE) who has much experience in the area of augmenting technology-integrated teaching practices. This session promises to be an eye-opening one that will empower educators with useful knowledge on the essential elements of effective blended learning.
