Associate Professor TAN Aik Ling

Deputy Head (Teaching & Curriculum Matters), Natural Sciences and Science Education, NIE, NTU 

Aik Ling is an associate professor at the Natural Sciences and Science Education Academic Group at the National Institute of Education, Singapore. Her research interests lies in science learning, science teachers’ professional development and STEM education.

Professor Winnie SO

Professor, Department of Science and Environmental Studies; Director, Centre for Education in Environmental Sustainability, Education University of Hong Kong 

Professor So is currently a Professor in the Department of Science and Environmental Studies and Director of the Centre for Education in Environmental Sustainability in the Education University of Hong Kong. Her research areas are in Science Education, Environmental Education and STEM education.

Professor Dato’ Dr. Noraini IDRIS

President, National STEM Association, Malaysia

Professor Dato' Dr. Noraini Idris is Founder and President of National STEM Association Malaysia and President of IMT-GT Uninet STEM. She has published numerous national international academics publications and is a Fulbright Research Fellow, and has received several awards for her leadership in STEM.


Professor Tzu-Hua WANG

Professor and Associate Dean, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan  

Tzu-Hua Wang is a professor and Associate Dean of College of Education, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. In 2018, he also joined the Academic Team of “Tsing Hua STEAM school (https://tsinghuasteam.org),” and was elected as the Chairperson in 2019.

Dr Arif HIDAYAT

Faculty of Math and Science Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia 

Awarded PhD in Education (Hiroshima University-2019), Dr Hidayat is working extensively with Lesson Study, Science through Inquiry, TPACK, Teaching and Learning Analytics, STEM learning, and Large-Scale Assessment. Since 2020, he was appointed the National Coordinator for STEM-Ed Leadership programme, a partnership between MoE, NIE, and Temasek Foundation.  

Ms Roxanne LAU

Final Year Student, Teaching Scholars Programme, NIE, NTU

As a soon-to-be secondary school teacher, Roxanne hopes to be able to marry STEM education with conservation, and integrate such topics into school curriculums, thereby inspiring students to be concerned citizens about conservation, biodiversity and environmental issues. 

Dr. Seksan SANSORRAPISUT

Professional Level Teacher, Head of Academic Section and Coordinator 

A professional level teacher, Dr Seksan also serves as the coordinator of the Upper Northern STEM Education center at Yupparaj Wittayalai School. Dr Seksan is experienced in the design and development of science and STEM learning activity and has worked with many projects on curriculum development and professional development in Science and STEM education.
